I remember when I thought people in their 20’s were adults. Now all of my friends are in their 20’s and everybody is just kind of fumbling around bumping into each other, trying to figure out where the free food is…… 

so that’s pretty much what I’m expecting to experience for the next like 10 years.

tedr: I clearly remember that.

Then I remember literally feeling like I died when I turned 30. Not my body dying, but the person I had thought I was. First couple years of my 30s I took solace, that no matter what angst I felt about life I was actually dead, so it was ok.

Now I’m 42. And looking back it’s all been wonderful.
